Q – What industries do you work within?

As a multi purpose building service provider, we work within a number of industries. Our key business services are within the Resource Sector, Public Sector, Industrial Services, Commercial Property and Private Property.

 

Q – Are you local to the Pilbara and what areas do you service?

Trasan was founded by Trav and Sandi Clarke, who are locals in Karratha. The business was originally developed in the heart of Karratha and has since grown to service a wide range of surrounding areas within the Pilbara region such as Port Hedland, Onslow, Pannawonica, Tom Price and Newman. 

 

Q – Can you help me through the design phase of my project?

We provide a holistic approach to our services. This means we are able to assist our clients from the design and consultation phase of a project right through to maintenance and aftercare. Our consultation and planning process can provide you with consultancy, advice and guidance for a range of building services. 

 

Q – Do you have client testimonials from previous work?

After working within the industry for so long we have been lucky enough to assist a growing number of clients on a range of different projects. Q – Is Trasan fully insured and registered?

Yes! We hold all the relevant insurances and registrations that are required to complete building services. More information can be found in our capability statement. 

 

Q – What accreditations does Trasan currently hold? 

At Trasan we consider it extremely important to stay up to date with current quality assurance and accreditations. We are currently a Registered Building Contractor (Number: 12797) and we have achieved accreditations for the following certifications:

• ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational health and safety management
• ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management systems
• ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental management systems.

 

Q – What businesses within the Pilbara region have you worked with in the past?

We have worked with a number of residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout the Pilbara region. In addition to helping a number of residential customers building their homes, sheds on their properties and other fixings we have worked on many large scale projects. Some of our current and past customers include the City of Karratha, the Department of Finance, Dalgety House, Woodside, Karratha Senior High School and the Pilbara Ports Authority.
