Next we collate all the relevant documentation and submit them to the relevant authority in order to obtain a building permit where required.

Step 5: Draft Contract

Next we will draft a contract relating to the work and submit it to you for your approval.

Once the contract has been approved we will carry out the work which is required both within budget and within the agreed upon timeframe. Throughout the duration of the project we will continue to liaise with you and your team to ensure you’re up to date the status of the work.
