As a dynamic husband and wife duo, Sandi and Trav started Trasan as sole traders in 1998 and have grown the business to be the multi-disciplinary building service provider it is today. Though we have a presence throughout the entire Pilbara region, Trasan was originally developed in the heart of Karratha and this continues to be the base of our operations today. It’s our passion for the Pilbara and creating employment for local people that has played an important role in our foundation and values over the last twenty plus years. Dedicated Residential Building Subsidiary, Build Pilbara

If you’ve known or worked with Trasan in the past you might be aware that until this year we housed our residential building services under the general “Trasan Umbrella”. However due to a strong growth in demand for both our commercial building services and our residential services, in 2020 we created our subsidiary business, Build Pilbara. Known for the same passion, experience and knowledge as Trasan, Build Pilbara is continuing to grow as a reliable residential builder within the Pilbara region. This growth has allowed Trasan to focus on our commercial service offerings whilst Build Pilbara can focus on what it does best, residential building.
