Trasan was established in 1997 by Sandi and Travers Clarke following a period of both owners working in the construction and resource industries in the Pilbara region.

Over the last 21 years, after obtaining the initial builders registration, the business has been supplying quality Building Construction & Maintenance, Residential Maintenance and Construction Site Mobilisation & Demobilisation services to Karratha and its surrounding towns and work sites.

The business was originally developed in the heart of Karratha and remains based there today. The owners concept was to establish a business that provided employment to local people and maintained a strong reputation for quality and excellence – principles that run throughout the business today. Trasan remains a true equal opportunities employer with a team culture based around highly capable local employees.

Trasan has always been a keen participant supporter of local activities in the region. This has included sponsorship of local sporting clubs, and regional events, members of the local Chamber of Commerce, active in local schools learning and training programmes and pride themselves on their longstanding excellent relationships with the local business community, other local contractors and specialist trades.

Over the years, Trasan has delivered a number of prestigious contracts for organisations such as Woodside, Local Government, Pilbara Port Authority, Horizon Power and the WA State Government.
